People say that sometimes my blog is too negative or too condescending to the NFL. And you know what? It is! These came out during the owners meetings in March but the Average-Joe fan doesn't tend to read up on those. The Stanley Cup went to the Penguins. The NBA Title went to the Cavaliers and MLB is just getting into the meat of their season.... and now major sports fans like myself slip into a sports coma. Now, the best entertainment is re-watching the 1984 Cotton Bowl or a special on NFL Network about the career of Herm Edwards. Sean Payton will be on the preverbal 'hot seat' He has been the Saints head coach since 2006.
